About the Founder & CEO
Cecelia H. Crow, MBA
Cecelia is an accomplished marketing and branding leader with 30 years of experience in consulting and agency executive roles across D.C., Virginia, and West Virginia. She specializes in various industries such as B2B, manufacturing, higher education, SaaS, energy services, economic development and healthcare, earning recognition through results for her clients, industry awards and regional and national speaking engagements.

In addition to agency roles, Cecelia served for 10 years as Brand Manager at Virginia Tech, establishing and managing the university’s first inaugural brand program, and launching a renowned brand ambassador initiative. She oversaw strategic marketing planning and execution, brand market research, and enrollment campaigns that consistently boosted out-of-state enrollment. Transitioning to Hollins University in 2016, Cecelia assumed the role of Executive Director of Marketing and Communications, leading a dynamic team across public relations, web, social media, and creative departments and serving as Editor-in-Chief of the Hollins alumnae magazine.

In her most recent role, Cecelia worked as an Account Strategist at a top B2B digital firm, specializing in building materials and surpassing expectations for results for clients and in agency business development.
